About Sheila Diemert

Spending a summer painting murals at a hostel in Tanzania, East Africa was a turning point for Sheila Diemert. That experience clearly illustrated the importance of art as a communication tool which can be both informative and uplifting. Her paintings capture and convey emotion, personality and spirit.

In addition to installations in Tanzania, Sheila maintains a residence and studio in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario where she has also exhibited at Graystone Gallery, KOR Gallery, King St. Trio, the Kitchener Law Library, Union Wellness Centre, Kuntz House, Waterloo Community Arts Centre, the Princess Cinema, Sun Life Financial, and Collins Rankin Insurance Company.
